Ruby Red Art Glass Basket

Good used condition.

Dimensions: Approx. 8.25" x 5" x 5"

The vintage cranberry or ruby red art glass basket exhibits a traditional mid-century aesthetic, akin to designs by American makers like Fenton and European studios such as Murano. It features a deep red hue with an integrated optic design, likely coin dot or thumbprint, creating geometric light effects. The delicate ruffled rim adds texture, while a substantial clear glass handle arches securely over the top, attached with decorative crimps. The body is bulbous and teardrop-shaped, tapering down to a stable flat base.
